What file do I edit to increase the number of backup units?

I wanted to be able to increase the number of units that respond when I call for backup. Is this possible?

not really, you can just press (backup unit type) a few times and yeah....

No, I heared somewhere that there is a file to edit.

yes, backup.xml but you can only change what car spawns and peds
