Please read before linking me - I have done what has been said to do in Game Settings. 

 

Incredibly frustrating. Cannot go on duty, cannot launch rage plugin hook console. How can I fix this?

Please give this a try for me.

 

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

I'm not really sure.  You can try, but if things stop working, then you know why.  I just had my computer updated to it yesterday morning and I immediately turned off EVERYTHING from the creator's update.

can i still record with the options disabled? its just thats what I use for my screen recorder

Unfortunately, I cannot answer that.  The best thing to do is to enable that and just test it to see how your game reacts.
