Is it alright if the LSPDFR folder is lspdfr.... it downloaded in lower case letters

Yes, because there are two lspdfr folders.

 

The lowercase lspdfr folder goes in the main directory.

 

The LSPDFR, all upper case, goes inside the plugins folder.

I did not get that folder in the plugins....

Right, you have to make that one yourself.  So go into the plugins folder, right click and create a new folder. name it LSPDFR.

Unfortunately, that is out of my expertise.  I never back up my game via Rage. :(

I didnt mean too lol.... maybe i will uninstall rage and then try again 

So the game loaded without any problems which was sweet..... about 10 min into the game it lagged and brought up the same error. I believe that this is a bug. thoughts?

So it just crashed again responding to a call. It said that the audio file was not found. which is interesting because it all loads correctly.

I'm not sure if your lack of audio files is the cause of the crash, but I'd go back to BetterEMS and grab the audio folder for it.

It says unhandled  fiber tick.... then goes into the crash

Temporarily remove all plugins from your LSPDFR folder.  If the crash stops, it's one of them.  You'll need to slowly readd them to figure out which one is causing the issue.
