Make sure your microphone or whatever you're using is the default device.  Vocal Dispatch is loading, but it appears unable to use your device.

 I have a headset, But I'm not 100% it's in right. How could I make it my default device.

Open up your control panel-->hardware and sound.  Click "sound", and under recording, select your device. Ubder ut yiu should see if it says "ready" or "default device".  If it says "ready", right click it and click "set as default".

It's saying it's not plugged in but it is

Try plugging it in a different port.

To clarify, is it your computer not recognizing your mic? or is it fine?

My computer isn't recognizing it yet they're plugged it. The headset works I can hear perfectly

Unfortunately, I'm not computer savvy, so I'm not sure.  I would toy around in your device settings, maybe the mic is disabled.

If it is I couldn't even enable it when i clicked it

Try right clicking, see if there's an option to enable device, or go into the device properties.

See if the mic has an on/off switch, maybe that's a factor.  If you can hear fine from them, there's no reason the mic shouldn't be working.

Unfortunately, I really don't know.  I use vocal dispatch, but not a whole lot.  I'd first test and see if your microphone works at all.  Get on Skype, Discord, or some other site/app with a mic and see if you can talk.
