yes there is a gaming tab, but I disabled the features per the linked post.  Kind of frustrating.  This is my first foray back into PC gaming in a while and Windows 10 seems to be a pain in the rear.  When I was working a lot with this stuff the OS of choice was Windows XP and it was pretty easy to customize programs...I was very good at it with Microsoft Flight Simulator, XPlane, etc.

If you haven't uninstalled your game yet, try running this, please.  It may come back with nothing, but worth a shot.  

 

Also, by chance, Windows 10 is not in compatibility mode, right?  It shouldn't be.

I'll let you know how it goes..  New GTA install is just about done.
