Random Police Bikes in the road

Title says it all. I'm getting random Police Bikes spawning in roads. The bikes are laying on their side with no rider, engine running (revving up and down at random intervals), front wheel turning to either side, and lights flashing (but not emergency lights). No idea what could cause this. Any idea? The bike itself is modded. Perhaps a vehicles.meta or dispatch.meta issue? I've never seen the Police Bike being ridden properly by a Highway Patrol Trooper.

 

 

I recall seeing a thread about this a while back, but don't remember what was the cause of it.  What all plugins, mods and trainers are you using?

Only plugins are 'Animated Wipers' for modded cars, and 'Afterburners' for the F/A-18C Hornet mod to replace the Lazer. Currently using 123 mods without crashes. Trainer is the Simple Trainer for GTA V.

 

Open your trainer, and try disabling keybinds.

Disabled the keybinds, problem is still there. I found a Highway Patrol Trooper during normal play, stood next to the Police Bike on the side of the highway. I shot near him to get a wanted level, and instead of getting on his Police Bike he ran to the nearest civilian vehicle and jumped in that to chase me. With the wanted level I saw a bunch of Police Bikes also spawn (with no rider) as if they were going to join in chasing me, but fall over after driving on their own for about 10 feet.

 

 

Was there a point where this wasn't happening? If so, when?  What did you change around this time?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure which particular mod would be causing this, and trying to search for this issue isn't yielding results on here or Google.  The best thing I can advise is to start removing some of the mods you added around that time to check.  If you'd rather not do this, you can wait and see if anyone else may know the specific mod.

I know this topic is years old but I wanted to comment here since I found it on Google.  For the life of me, I could not understand why random police bikes were spawning on the road from time to time.  No riders at all.  In fact I could not even ride it myself.  

It has to do with the vehicle.meta file.  In particularly it had more to do with the handlingID.  For some reason it was set to police2 instead of policeb. 

Just responding here encase you found this thread on Google.  My advise is to replace the vehicle.meta file in your mods folder with the original and see if it makes a difference.
