The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

not sure if this is the right section but any thing i can do to more simple i hate how some time im patroling and for some dum reason when i need to use combine key shit start spawning is there any thing i can do to fix that

Open the trainer, and go to the second page.  Find "keybinds" and disable.  You can also just open the config for it and disable it there.
