Bought new GPU for overkill.. Terrible performance.

Hey! Included in the pics below are my specs and plugins.

I should also mention that I am running the newest version of REDUX.

 

My rig should be locking 60 and dropping to mid 50's during the crazier sequences.

However, I can lock 60 on foot. As soon as I start driving I run at 45-55 and have random moments

every few seconds where everything slows down to 20-25 and "chugs" for a second before picking back up.

After about 20mins of play I am bouncing from 22-45fps constantly.

 

Does anyone see a plugin that may be causing the massive drop? I hear of people with worse rigs locking 70+

which leads me to believe it's a plugin issue.

 

FYI My graphics settings are pretty high (But not ultra all across the board)

I've even switched most of the graphics settings to normal and low across the board and 

got nearly identical performance. Locked 60 for a few minutes; slows down to 29-45 after 5-10mins.

 

Let me know what you think the culprit is!

I've heard Redux has been starting to cause problems for users.  Could try using a different graphics mod, or renaming your mods folder temporarily and hopping in game to see if the issue persists.
