Yes, please.  At what point are you in the GTA V story?  You need to be in a free roam point.

I am pretty sure that I am in the free roam portion. I have played LSPDFR perfectly in the past, my issue is fairly recent.

Do me a favor, please.  Leave ASI manager on, but rename your mods folder to something else.  This will stop the mods folder from working.  Now try and load into the game.

Will my mods work? And do I rename the folder in OpenIV or in my GTA Main Directory?

Your mods folder will temporarily stop working until you name it back to mods.  Rename it in your GTA main directory.

I renamed the mods folder and got into the game.

This means the issue has something to do with a mod you put in.  You can rename it back to mods now.

What all mods (vehicles, weapons, etc) have you added?

I have a max payne glock, glock sound mod, an lspd vehicle package of 7, and I think 2 sheriff vehicles.

We'll go through these one by one to try and see what the issue is.

First off, try this gameconfig - https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

This gameconfig is primary meant for allowing more standalone cars, but it helps if you're having issues with modded cars.

We can save it for last.  Please revert your Glock sounds back to the vanilla/default.

Didn't you back up your weapons folder?

In OpenIV, go to x64-->audio-->sfx-->resident.  There you will find weapons.awc.  Drag and drop to your desktop.

Now go to the same path, except in the mods folder  (mods-->x64-->sfx...you know the path).  Click "edit mode" in OIV, and drag the weapons.awc into that location. Click "edit mode" again once you drop the file and close OIV. Now try loading in game.

I cant find my default gun sound. Is there someway to download it? The modded gun sound worked before my issue, so could it be the problem?

What did you add right before the problem started?
