Issue '14 chargers

K well posting here to see if there's someway to fix it (Really hoping I just screwed something up) that I keep running into with 2014 Chargers. In simple, I can drive through the middle of them without any issue.

 

While I've since updated which models I'm using (Now using BradM's Charger) it's still happening and with not being able to find any post about it .. It's driving me insane. I only ever have this issue with 2014 chargers and just have no clue why. Is this something that I can fix at all or am I SOL?

I have this model installed and it works fine for me, nor have I ever had this issue.   Are you positive you are installing all the files correctly?  The .yft, .ytd, and _hi.yft?

Yup, I've gone over and reinstalled the cars several times and issue still there. It's a problem I've ran into with nearly ever 2014 charger I've installed and just no idea why it happens. Only ever been able to find 1 even mention of it which was on ablaze's CCSO pack (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14447-els-los-santos-county-sheriff-pack-ccso/?tab=comments#comment-134352) and he said something about a high poly count.

Have you changed any data files relating to the cars?  Vehicle meta, carvariation, handling?

Not for the slot that its in, I've made edits for other slots though.

 

And just tried with a complete vanilla vehicles meta and still does it.

Try using a different model, but not a Charger.  Take another modded police car you have, such as POLICE, and copy those files to your desktop. Rename them to whatever slot this Charger is in and see if it's still an issue.

Tried it with the CVPI and FPIS from Brad's pack and works just fine. Trying to drive a Charger through other cars also doesn't work and it collides correctly. Only seems to be Chargers going into Chargers or anything can kindaish go through a charger.

To clarify, you switched the Charger with the Vic and it worked?  I'm just trying to see if it's specific to that slot you have the Charger in.

Tried both, put ones that worked into the slot that the charger was in and it worked as it should. Put the charger in those slots and it still bugs out.

If it's every single 2014 Charger that you try and use, it's going to be something with your files.  Have you ever edited any other files aside from vehicle files?

It's nothing to do with his game files, the developers of the vehicles can only fix the issue, it's an issue out of your hands. Sorry man

He said it was with "all 14 Chargers", unless he didn't actually mean that.  Plus, if you look on the download page for this pack, no one has mentioned this issue.

Yes, there must be a bug with the developer version that causes this issue when the vehicle is exported. It's a issue with the model that only the developers can fix

I model and it's a chassis bug that you get sometimes. People must not just realize it or something because it's definitely not the OP's fault this is happening

Awh, yeah wasn't sure didn't see any other comments about it so wasn't entirely sure. Thanks for the clarification.

All the ones I've ever installed happens for me, no idea if there's any that it doesn't happen but yeah no idea. Anyways, thanks for trying to help!

Well, this goes to show you I don't spend a lot of time ramming police cars. XD  I didn't know this was an issue, but just tested it for myself and lone be hold.  That's certainly interesting.
