GTA mission won't let go!?

Hi,

I installed a retail copy of GTA V on My PC with Windows 10 64 bit.

installed LSPDFR according to youtube videos. Mod is loading allright, got consol, se pd on map and get Guns in ForceDuty command. BUT I am in the alley with Lamar and when I try to spawn at à PD I get "Mission Failed: You left Lamar"!!

Anyone who  can help? Thx!
