hi i download like 2 mods to lspdfr and it crashes it, or freezes my game, or terminates lspdfr. help! i cant find the issue. i can only play on lspdfr with no other mods.

a partner mod and random callouts by albo i belive. it very laggy with the police smart radio by its self to

Unfortunately, there have been issues recently with Albo's mods.  Try temporarily removing Smart Radio and see if you still get freezes.

my computer has 1060 i7 cpu and 16 gig ram and runs gta and lspdfr like a charm. untill i add more mods to lspdfr

Remove all mods except LSPDFR. Just add in one callout pack and see how it goes.

With all plugins removed, it still crashes? At one point does it crash?

no then it dosent craash, lspdfr itself is fine, its everything else that messes it up

For mods like Police Smart Radio, yes.  ScriptHookV is a simple drag and drop.

A lot of the other mods require ScriptHookV as well.  There's really no down side to installing it.  It'll help your game in the long run when and/or if you decided to add more to your game.

frooze and crashed game agian also experiencing major texture lose

it keeps saaying a threat was detected and that they had to terminate lspdfr.
