Hey Guys, i bought GTA V on Steam.

 

I installed the Mods in a Copied Folder from GTA, now when i would start GTA via GTA Launcher in this Folder it gives me a Code 115 (I have to start it from Steam)

 

Anybody who know this Problem?

 

 

Should i install the Mods and Scripthook etc. in the Original Folder?

Hey there.  Need some clarification, what do you mean installed the mods in a copied folder?  You mean a separate GTA V directory that is specifically for modding?

The Copied the Folder from GTA With the Datas for a Clean Backup Folder.. Here is a Screenshot.

 

I started my GTA from the LCPDFR Folder

You can only have one Grand Theft Auto V folder in at a time.  When you want to play modded, move your vanilla/back up directory somewhere else, such as your desktop. Then move the modded folder into the Steam directory.

Ah okay i understand   So i have to move the Original Folder to Desktop and can run the Launcher from my LCPDFR Folder?

Don't worry about it. :)  Er, no.  Also, you're confusing me right now, lol.  LCPDFR is for Grand Theft Auto IV.  Do you mean LSPDFR, which is for GTA V?

 

For playing the modded game, you need to launch via the RagePluginHook.exe, which should be in your GTA V (modded) directory.

Lol sorry :D The RagePlugin Hook exe. dont work yet with my Actual GTA Version, so i think i could try "normal " Mods like new Cars etc.

You can mod your cars and such without Rage, it's just if you want to play LSPDFR. :)

Yep only the Problem is so in this Folder where i copied my Moods don't run.

 

It gives me this Error

As I said, the folder has to be named Grand Theft Auto V. :P It can't have anything else in the title.

Okay so i have to move the Original Folder to Desktop and change the Name from the Modded Folder in Grand Theft Auto V ? Does it work?

Yep, it'll work!  To make things easier on yourself, create two folders on your desktop.  Name one "Vanilla GTA", and the other "Modded GTA".  You can move both directories into the appropriate folder as needed.  That way you don't have to change the name each time from Grand Theft Auto V modded to just Grand Theft Auto.  Both can be named the same thing and you know which is which.

 

Careful, I may fly out there just for the beer. :P
