Altered Version of the Game

Featured Replies

I have two copies of the game - one for modded play and one for online play.

Recently my online copy is telling me I'm trying to enter with an altered version of the game. However, not a single mod has touched this copy (unless of course something was extracted here by mistake, but if so, I haven't caught it). What am I missing??

I took some files out because I thought they might be causing the issue. See screenshots 3 and 4 for directory with those files incl..

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

It's not what you have, it's what you don't have. You're missing files that are required to play GTA 5, like the GFSDK's, and such. It seems when you deleted some files, you deleted some of the wrong ones. I've added a picture of a CLEAN GTA 5 directory. I recommend for next time (If there is a next time) that you take a look on google to see what a clean GTA 5 directory looks like before deleting files that you think are modded.
