The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I start gta using the RAGE hook only 1/10 of the time does lspdfr load. The other times I still see the police stations and jails marked on the map. Also, I can not use f4, nothing happens when I click it.

no. It works perfectly when lspdfr is recognized as loading in but when it doesnt its regular story mode free roam with all the police stations marked
