Either or.  ELS will work either way. Though, obviously, if you want to play LSPDFR, you need to start via Rage.

Ok... probs now i started GTA with ragehook...

 

And if im in-game i will need to use j/k/l keybinds for the car?

The ELS log says everything is fine and is working.  In OpenIV, click tools-->ASI manager.  Make sure ASI loader is enabled.

It is enabled... But how to open the ELS menu in game, or getting my lights on... because if i touch the keybinds.. nothing works

By default, CTRL P opens the menu, which pauses the game.   To change this, open ELS config, look for toginfopanl, change it to 85.  CTRL U should now open it.  J is what turns on the lights.

But 85 already excist to an other thing : ChgPat_PRML = 85

I know, still change it.  To actually change the patterns, you have to hold down U for a few seconds.  They won't interfere.

It still didnt work... when im going in the modded car, its says that ELS is still locked or something simular like that

Ahh, press scroll lock on your keyboard.  This will enable it.

I'm not sure, it's somewhere on your keyboard.  Mine doesn't have one, so I can't tell you.

Nvm i got it already... finally everythings work... i had always scroll lock on, because that the button of my colored keyboard -_-

G turns on the siren, and then 1-5 turn on the other sirens, such as secondaries.  There is also a 'scan mode' for sirens, which it automatically plays through different siren tones.
