The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Why am I not getting update notifications for Albo's mods? I have the appropriate things turned on.  The only time I do is I go on duty and then i have to exit and come here. It would be nice if I got an email notification like the other ones I do get. This has been happening for months.

If you sift through the update notifications, the final one should give you the option to post phone update checking for a week.  You're not forced to update the plugins.
