Hello everyone,

So to cut right to the case.

When I install my GTA4 I install 1.0.4.0 due to the reason that I want to play GTA4 with that patch.

But when I enter GTA4 windows live gives me an option 1) To install an update or 2) to play the game withouth the update and ability to save my game progress.

So I am wondering is there a way that I install some thing that will bypass this update to 1.0.7.0 but still be able to play online in multiplayer?

Xliveless will bybass updating...BUT...will inturn disable multiplayer and online functions

Can this step be easily reversed by only deleting xliveless later on when I will want to acquire multiplayer game play ? Or is it permanent.

it's possible..but i doubt alot of servers/games will let you on without a 1070 patch..not sure...never tried

Just to add on to my question, I installed an ENB mod on 1.0.4.0 (Photorealistic texture mod) and it crashes at loading screen is it due that I need something else then only that mod or ?

It could be any number of things..i've always had issues with ENB
