Need Help installing traffic policer

I watched a video like albo suggests but rage still cant seem to load traffic policer. Any suggestions?

1. Drag and drop all files into your gta directory

2. make sure Albo1125.common.dll is on the newest version (I think it's 6.5.0.0

3. make sure RageNativeUI.dll is on the version 1.6.1

RPH is not supposed to directly load it, as it is a plugin for LSPDFR, and as such will be loaded by LSPDFR when going on duty.
