Your screenshot is not the right spot.  You need to be looking at the PRANGER slot.  What did you change your Park Ranger vehicle to?  A truck?

No a Tahoe. I searched "PRANGER" and it pulled that up

That's because some of the meta for other vehicles has PRANGER in it.  Change the handlingid on PRANGER to baller.  Remember you need to extract the meta to your desktop, edit it, then drag and drop back to OIV while in edit mode.

If you look at the top of the meta line, you'll see this:

 

 

The handlingID is all you need to change.

That's because I showed you a screenshot of my meta.  I was showing you what to edit.  Go to PRANGER's meta, and change its handlingid.

That's exactly what you search.  The first two results will be from other vehicles, but you will eventually come to <modelName>PRANGER</modelName>

 

Hell, you could even search <modelName>PRANGER if you wanted.

I again just looked through the vehicles.meta you attached in the first post.  It is there, so keep looking.
