The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I was trying to download ELS as the youtuber said but when I wanted to drag and drop the AdvancedhookV.dll to my GTA directory my antivirus Said (AdvancedhookV.dll is not safe and has been removed)          

 

Any solutions?   Please help
