The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Remove all your plugins and load into game.  If it works flawlessly, one by one re-add these plugins and make sure you follow the instructions to a T.
