I've noticed this same pattern in my log whenever my game has crashed the past week or so. I play anywhere between 10-20 minuted and my game crashes. It typically involves when calling in local backup units in the city, but not always :

 

Anyone know what "setting up new cop: null" means? Interesting that this and "adding new question to Traffic Stop - 2." are always the last logs before the crash.
