You appear to be using Unarmed Arrests, which is severely outdated and is not compatible with the recent game versions.  Try removing it.

There's nothing in your log about this crash.  The only thing is that albo1125.common cannot be loaded, which makes Siren Mastery not load.  Try updating his common file if you haven't already.

I'm not too sure.  There have been a lot of problems with Albo's mods since he updated them.  Please try removing siren mastery.

I don't know what the problem is, it's different for most people.  Have you installed the links above?  The bink2w64.dll goes into your main GTA directory.
