The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That looks like it's a template.  Go to where you installed the ambulance in OpenIV. To be on the safe side, drag and drop the ambulance.ytd onto your desktop. This is just so you have a backup of it.  Now click "edit mode" in OpenIV, and double click the .ytd.  One it opens, look through the layers until you find ambulance_sign_1-however many skins it has.  Look through the skins until you find the ones that look like those in the screenshots.  Delete the textures that are just templates.  Click "save", then exit edit mode by pressing edit mode again,

I checked ambulance.ytd and there is no layers call ambulance_sign_1  , also there is no skins like screenshot

Look through the layers.  There will be a file called either blank_sign_1, or template.  If there is a +hi.ytd, also look there.

Click on f350_sign_2, and you'll see an option to delete.  Click that, then press save, then edit mode again, and you should be good.
