There was no carvariatons or other things there was just els files an vehicle files, everything is installed correctly!

Probably its a bug with ELS then, since the ELS developer is inactive and hasn't pushed an update since 2017, I don't really know how this would get fixed.

Ok, because i have seen many posts on this, the one thing I dont understand is why it still didnt work after so many re installs of the game and ELS. Also another thing, I got my game on the Epic Games store when it was free. Does that have to do with it maybe?

No, i doubt that has anything to do with it. If its a bug with ELS, reinstalling lspdfr/gta 5 won't help sinces its a bug with the actual code of ELS

Ok thank you. I just dont understand how it does not work for me and a few other people, but then it works for everyone else. Maybe I should install an older version of ELS, cause the code that I download is the same one other people download right? There's no way it does not work for me but it does for others, ITS THE SAME CODE, idk i dont get it!

It may also be an issue with Ultimate Backup if you have that, but I dont think ELS doesn't controls code 3/pursuit backup, lighting stage 3 for ELS is hard built into the vehicle model, not the ELS file for the vehicle. Does this issue persist when you don't have ELS installed?

OK SO I AM WRITING THIS IN CAPS CAUSE I JUST FIGURED IT OUT, THE PROBLEM WAS THAT I DIDN'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL SCRIPT HOOK BUT I HAD ANOTHER VERSION. IF YOU HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL SCRIPT HOOK FOR THE NEW GTA V VERSION 2060!!!
