Alright.  Clearly something is up with your game.  I'm not sure if you added a lot of mods at once and we can't narrow down the issue or what.

For now, go ahead and remove all other mods except LSPDFR.  If you are now able to interact with stopped suspects, you know the cause. From here, one by one add in the mods and go in game to check.  It's annoying, but we have to troubleshoot.

yeah, will do probs reinstall tomorrow then post a support post for fix

reinstalling all the mods now probs gonna take all of the next 3hrs haha

sorry for the very late reply. must have been lspdfr did a fresh reinstall and everything was fine with all the mods.
