Rage will not load LSPDFR by default.  In game, you need to hit F4, which brings up the Rage menu, and type "loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll"

Yes I know I do it but nothing happen in rage menu is write : " plugin is skipped during reload "

You appear to be missing the _CommonRedist folder.  If I remember right, this folder should've been installed naturally with GTA.  Could be wrong on that.

I'm not sure, I may be wrong about its importance.  It's just that all my Steam game folders have it.    Have you tried doing a fresh install of Rage and LSPDFR?  Just starting over?

no I play lspdfr long time ago but I change my computer and I past to windows 7 to 10. and since uptade of gta v and rage ... it don't load lspdfr. And yes I have do try to have a fresh install of rage and LSPDFR0

Launch RagePluginHook.  When it starts up, you'll see a gear icon in the lower left of the logo.  Click it, which will bring you to the RagePluginHook Settings.  From here,  game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode"

My apologies, I made a slight mistake.

 

Go back into the RagePluginHook settings.  Uncheck "force windowed mode".  Check "force directx".

My game crash to.

now when I have gta v clean my game work but if I install lspdfr and rage he always crash

Okay, lets back up here.  Does it always crash to desktop with LSPDFR, or just crash as in LSPDFR.dll crashes?

I don'know when I lauch rage it load the game and when gta v open it crash ( gta v)
