Was trying to upload a picture onto my profile, and got this:

This error (from previous times) generally happens when there is too many people uploading/doing things. try again later since chances are it'll fix itself 

 

I'm not a SysAdmin so don't take my word for it.. i'm just going off previous dealing with this error

Just wanted to update that it's currently 4am and I'm still unable to upload.
