British Policing Script Loads but No Effect?

Hi guys, I'm new to much of this, but here's the problem in a nutshell:  I've downloaded Albo's British Policing Script and all of the requisite associated plugins (up-to-date versions).  In game, however, the script doesn't run, although upon going on duty I receive the message that it successfully loaded.  I've run Albo's troubleshooting app, and it tells me that I need to install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)...when I download this software and run it, the troubleshooting app still gives me the message.  It also tells me that I lack the current "Assorted Callouts" download, again after I download and place the package in my GTAV folder.  In short, I'd appreciate your help...thanks!
