Havent modded in like 3 weeks, and with all the scripthookV and OpenIV talk this that I reinstalled GTA V and LSPDFR, now time for the ELS cars, so I noticed that Patchday15 is now the latest, so ELS cars would go in this folder now correct? Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday15ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ ????

Download and install Albo's DLC modding pack, that way you can install all your peds, cars and weapons into one location regardless of what patch is released. it's a lot easier than navigating through the patchday folders

Just to clarify, do you mean your POLICE, POLICE 2, etc vehicles? Or addon/standalone cars?

yea just the police cars, too much going on lately and didnt wanna mess up my fresh installation, so figured Id ask, I think I got it now tho, as there appearing fine, thanks.

Ugh Im using a PS4 controller via Steam and I cant seem to open Pursuit menu in lue of chasing someone and needing a few other units, I was able to do it before, just forgot which .ini file to change, I want to be able to use the "right thumb analog press down button", I was able to do this before all the crazy chaos with scripthookv and openiv, thanks for any tips. Im using input mapper and using Big Picture/Steam.

The issue with the controller might be due to your PS4 controller.  I've heard PS controllers tend to not always work right on PC.

 

The car files don't have to go in every single latest patchday, just the one with a vehicles.rpf.
