I'm not sure which trainer is the green one, but all you need to do is delete its files from your main directory.  If you don't know its name, please post screenshots of your main GTA V folder and I'll locate the name for you.

but when i play,i hear some dispatch noises,how so? is it possible to make dispatch give me calls each 5 seconds or not possible? also i saw a youtuber talking to the dispatch from a microphone,how so? also,i downloaded PoliceSmartRadio,it had files missing there,i re-downloaded it and re-installed it and still the same,files are missing

Interesting, you only have one trainer from what I see. Look in your scripts folder. What's in there?

 

Unfortunately, I have not installed Smart Radio, so I don't have experience with that.   Please try running this troubleshooter and see what it says.

What did the troubleshooter say?  To my knowledge, Smart Radio download isn't missing anything.  This is the first I've heard of it.

it said that it has missing files which is 'Traffic Officer' i checked the download file and didn't find that file,when i checked the video from 'Albo' (i think that's his name),it had alot of files in it that my folder didn't have

also,i mostly get 'dinput8.dll' in some of the files and i replace them with a new mod i get,is it fine

yeppp,thats what i was talking about,i kept getting errors about it and not found it on my folder

Dinup8.dll doesn't need to be replaced each time.  As long as it's an up to date version, it'll work.  You see, a lot of these files do require the same plugin.  Look at Albo's callouts.  His mods all require albo1125.common.dll, so all of his mods will have this file in it.

 

Traffic Policer is another mod by Albo.  Traffic Policer and Smart Radio were built to integrate with each other.  I'm almost positive you do not have to have Traffic Policer for Smart Radio to work.

I'm not entirely sure, maybe Albo changed something so now they do require each other.  Go ahead and try installing Traffic Policer.

The next time it crashes when you load it, please attach your rage log as a file to a reply.

 

Check the traffic policer download. It comes with a readme that tells you where to install.

i got an error when i installed it

 

i got alot of errors + when i try closing the roads,it doesn't do anything and when i try talking in the megaphone,holding SHIFT,nothing happens and it cancels what am i doing

Your character doesn't actually talk when using the radio.  Just an animation.  Just to confirm, when in your police vehicle, you're pressing shift when right on an AI's bumper and nothing happens?

 

Try redownloading Albo1125.common, except install the one from here -

i am using my headset's microphone and i want from my microphone to the game using megaphone,which key is it? i mean i want my voice to be on the game as with the megaphone thing
