ELS is here in the mods section.  ELS is for enhanced/better emergency lighting.  It's not a requirement to play LSPDFR, but it is a requirement for ELS enabled police cars.

That because you do not have ELS installed.  There are a lot of non ELS cars on this site and GTA 5 mods if you'd prefer not to install ELS.  ELS just lets you customize light patterns and environmental effects.

yeah,thats what i wanted because when i enable the siruns,there is no lights effect so can i get the ELS file download?

Click the "mods" section at the top of the page.  You'll see some featured mods, one of which is ELS.  You can also go to the mods section and type ELS in the search bar, and you'll find it.

i did all of that,i couldn't find 'ELS' in the archive and when i tried finding it in my folders,ELS isn't there

No, on this site, LSPDFR, is where you can download ELS.  Go to the top of this page, click "mods".  In the featured mods list, you will see ELS as one of the options.  Either click it, or click in the search bar and type "ELS".

I'm sorry, but I am not providing a link to you.  If you're unable to follow instructions on finding a mod for yourself, you honestly should not be modding your game.

 

I am not trying to be rude, but part of modding GTA is learning and doing things yourself.  I cannot provide every single link for you that you could've easily found yourself.  Please refer to my previous post and follow my instructions.

i downloaded another ELS vehicle mod and didn't find a ELS file there.that what i tried saying.I installed all the mods you gave me into my GTA V + got alot of other mods but in the featured mods,i only found a ELS modded vehicle,not the file

I'm sorry, but that is all the help I can provide.  I've told you how you can find ELS multiple times.  Even Google searching gives you the link.

No no, you didn't disturb me at all!  I just want you to be able to find all these things yourself so that way you properly learn how to mod. :)   I started learning how to mod with GTA V, and it took me a while to learn. Hell, I'm still learning.
