Download Traffic Policer.  When the file opens, take the albo1125.common.dll that comes in it and put it in your main GTA V directory.

 

i installed the simple-trainer but ingame it doesn't work,why? only if i installed the green trainer,it works

The green trainer is Native Trainer that came with ScriptHookV. Look for NativeTrainer.asi in your GTA V directory or scripts folder, and delete it.

I installed them,i am gonna re-install all of them and do what you said,also how do i open the police mobile thing,when i click Up Arrow,the old phone pops up,it gave me a screen thing similar to a error but it worked,but i don't know how to make it pop on my screen

 

how do i spawn bodyguards who can finish the job with me also guard me as police officers,i mean i want partners

C is the default key for opening police radio.  You can spawn in bodyguards via trainer.  There is a partner mod uploaded on this site if you look in the script section of the downloads.

Because C is also the key to look behind you.

is there a way to speed up dispatch giving me calls because it gives me calls like after 10mins which isn't very entertaining

when i click C,nothing happens only makes me watch my back

how do i use the megaphone? when i click SHIFT or A on my keyboard,nothing happens

Pressing shift does not pull them over. It blips them.  To pull them over you need to turn on your lights. Then you'll hear your siren blip, which initiates the pullover.

 

To my knowledge, no there is not.  You can install callout manager, which lets you choose which callouts to force.

 

Double check the police smart radio download, maybe he changed it from C to another button.

Then C is the button. If SmartRadio isn't opening, you're missing something.

 

Run Albo's troubleshooter and see what it says.

That would require a bit more work, such as getting coordinates and editing your player file. 

 

Picking waypoint and teleporting is your best option.

also,when i click Backspace to return to the previous menu,the whole menu disappears and i must click F4 again,is it possible to make it 'Backspace' to return to the previous menu or there is another button?

You can force calls by pressing X on your keyboard.

You'll need to use a search mod.  You can either find one here or on Darkmyre's site.

 

I'm not sure.  I rarely use Rage's console for anything except forcing duty and loading plugins.
