Decreasing the chance of HP motorcycles spawning as backup?

I've noticed that 99% of the time I call in for state patrol, it's always a bike cop spawning.  I've rarely seen any highway patrol cars.  It almost seems like the bike vehicleset is taking precedence over the vehicleset for cars.  Is there a way I can decrease the chance of them responding?  Maybe add <Vehicles chance="30">, such as how it is for the female Sheriff ped?

The thing is, policeb has its own Vehicleset.  The only way I can think of to fix this is just to remove the vehicleset for bikes all together.

Do you mean when you call for state backup via the lspdfr menu, or them spawning in traffic/at all? 

 

If you mean via backup menu, then just delete the xml string for their backup call. If you mean having them spawn naturally, then you can just delete the policeb from the popgroups.ymt.  

 

I believe that is how you'd go about it. I personally have a further customized popgroups.ymt that I referenced from RDE's popgroups.ymt where only highway cars spawn, no bikes as they more often than not take a harsh tumble when they're in pursuit. I have it further tuned where highway/state patrol on highways/freeways and occasionally patrol the smaller areas like paleto/Grapeseed. 

 

I believe deleting their entry from the model set will remove their scripted patrols...where they sometimes Patrol around the entrance to Sandy shores and where they tend to setup radar traps on the exits/entrances to the freeways closer to the YouTool. Same for the Hwaycar entry, I believe that controls the percentage of how often it is a state car vs. A police bike taking radar or doing their scripted patrol.   I've always left it alone because their scripted portion is more or less them just doing radar.

I think it may be your only option, unless you use something like the custom backup mod where it allows you to create zones based on areas of the map, then gives you the ability to have a spawn percentage for any given vehicle. The xml that comes with LSPDFR is pretty limited, though it may be worth messing with what Lundy suggested and copying multiple lines of the same car/vehicle to increase that percentage.
