The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Yes, please. Temporarily remove some plugins and see if it solves the issue.

    @tankguy67   At the end of your log, there seems to be an issue with LSPDFR+.  Trying to edit the XML to fix the issue is a nightmare, so I advise going back to the LSPDFR+ download page and
