Installinf vehicle packs

I've downloaded two vehicle packs, but not sure how to use them in the game. It is to my understanding that Open IV is no longer available. Can someone please walk me through how to do this? I'm new to LSPDFR. Thanks!!!

do you have any suggestion of really nice vehicle and weapon packs that I can use? when I went to OPEN IV, it said it wasn't available. any idea on how to fix it?

my gta 5 should be finished downloading any second now. how do I get lspdfr started?

you need to go downlaod it from the mods folder on this site go manual copy all the file from that folder to the gta v game dirc

whenever I try to download open iv, it automatically takes me to the forum where it says its unavailable

download it and install it
