Adding mods to game other then Sheriff. I was showed and that is how i was shown

So i am trying to figure out how to add mods, pretty much . 

 

 

i would like to learn how to install the following - 

Batman, superman Character

 

Tsunami mod

How do i add different vehicles, some have the folder i am used to , some have more and some dont have any of the .$$$ files that i need. I am so confused i was shown what to do with the systems i am using but i was shown using just the sheriff.$$$ 

 

I use openIV and click the following

 

OpenIV/GTA5(windows)/mods/update/64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc/64/levels/GTA5/vehicles. 

 

then i am clicking the mods from the other folders , but some just dont have what im use to .. please someone , please type out a exact description on how to download new cars, and new characters ,etc. and how to make the tsunami mod.

Ignore the part in the instructions that say "put these in a specific patchday".  The vehicles, character files, etc you're adding go in the latest patchday that has peds/vehicles.

 

I assume you mean reaplcing peds and vehicles, correct?

 

For vehicles, go to mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / very latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf / dlc / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles. Click "edit mode", now drag and drop the vehicle files.
