"I arrested Dave Mustaine!"

Featured Replies

I was on duty as California Highway Patrol officer. When I was sitting in my '97 Crown Vic, the dispatch called me over a welfare check, stating that the suspect was known as Dave Mustaine, and they had the call from his neighbor.

I went to Dave Mustaine's house (it was a caravan, maybe he was on vacation), asked him how he was, but then he tried to beat me, so I had to arrest him.

To be honest, I feel sorry for him, I like his music band songs very much. I think I ruined his career, and now Megadeth fans would be hunting me to death.

I hope he gets better when he'll be acquitted.

PS: the caller was James Hetfield.

what did you arrest him for?  Playing loud music?

According to the caller, he was at the bar drinking some whiskey with his ex bandmates (Metallica), then he got drunk, went out of control and shit happened.
