The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Came across another issue. My ragepluginhook interface(F4 default) isn't displaying right now. I can still go on duty at the stations and I can use my EUP menu and trainer. The game "pauses" when I hit the command for the display but nothing appears. Any ideas what it could be?

In your windows or mac settings, look for the game capture settings, then turn all of them off. You will then be able to see and use the console. 

 

You are the second person today with the same issue, so with that said i advise browsing the support forums first to see if anyone else had the issue.
