So this started to happen when I got the new update of ragehook last night since they released a new update of ragehook but I run my ragehook as administrator and my F4 Console wont open.. any suggestions???

Do you have Windows? 

If you do, go into your settings, find the settings for gaming, and there will be options for your video capturing. Turn all of the options off and then you will be able to open the console. 

 

I had the same issue before.
