I got these plugins / mods installed: Police Smart Radio, LSPDFR+, Arrest Manager, Vocal Dispach (i see that in my /plugins/lspdfr  folder), Assorted Callouts, Traffic Policer, ELS, REDUX, MegaRealisticCarPack By ModCollection, and some other cars

I need some help to with Smart Radio because it didn't work

Remove smartradio and see if that helps

Thanks, that worked. But is there a alternative for SmartRadio?

Or how can i fix this?

Try doing a fresh install of police smart radio. Make sure all of the files are in the correct places, and that there are no duplicates. Game lag when playing LSPDFR is normally due to a plugin not being installed correctly, not your pc specs
