Recently in the game I noticed that on high star police chases the fbi was not spawning. The car spawns fine with a cheat code or trainer but not in the police chase itself. Any ideas?

Than if ur in a chase, press F12 to call noose.

Sometimes they come in FBI cars.

could be the game just pulled too many resources, I saw this in my GTAIV when i have a 3 star, noose should appear.....NOTHING.....4 seconds later.....game went KABOOM....try flipping out the FBI car with another

The noose guys show up in the noose car slot, try to change the car's name from ''fbi'' to ''noose''
