The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi All 

I recently purchased the Retail version of GTA 5 on PC. I have installed all the required programs 

- Rage

- Open IV 

-Scribed Hook 

- LSPDR

 

i have attached photographs of what I have installed and the error message that display's after starting up Rage "game version not supported"

 

any help would be appreciated.

so I have the new one and now it tells me I only have Rage Hook Alpha and no LSPDR plug in

The RageHook that comes with the installation of lspdfr is older you need the new one that Handsup! provided for you.

(so in other words you  need two things for lspdfr to work which is lspdfr and the newest rage plugin hook available.)
