The game starts up but it doesn't  start up with the rage overlay at the load up screen if you know what im talking about. I did a total reinstall of the game and all mods still does nothing.(No mods are installed except lspdfr) But usually about every 4 or 5 times that i reboot the game it works but i don't what that because every time i install a mod i like to check and see if the mod works so that i don't just install a ton of mods and then i need to find the one that makes the game crash.  Is there any way that this is able to be fixed or is it an issue with everyone.

Hey SuperFlimsy, I have had this problem a few times and it seems to be a graphics driver issue. Update your drivers and see if that works. I know NVIDIA just released a new driver on the 8th of this month so this could be your issue.

It might be because i have an amd 480 so that might be the issue but my drivers are all up to date. 

Well that has been the issue with mine in the past. My only other suggestion is that maybe it could be something with your directx. Sorry i cant be of more help.
