The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi,

 

Not sure if you still have a problem as this topic is a couple of months old.

 

It look like you have a rogue '-' before <Sirens>, not sure if that is causing your problem.

 

You could try an XML Validator website to check it:

  https://xmlvalidation.com/

  https://www.w3schools.com/xml/xml_validator.asp

  https://validator.w3.org/

This might help highlight any error in the structure of the file.
