You'll probably have to mute the original ped voices and play them from a file. How you'd do that, I have no idea! Make sure you've got to grips with C# before you start!

thanks, but scripting it´s too difficult and complicated for me, but i wanna fix this problem, be cuz i´m downloaded the Mod Yards Cops heads o plenty for GTA IV and the EFLC Hispanic Cops(Head index Model nr.5) and BETA Cops(Head index Models nr.6 to nr.8)  have no Voice and they say nothings. When you have GTA IV, dowladed the mod and play it, yow will see it
