Yes there is. Please read my guide on how to install standalone vehicles -

 

 

As per getting it to respond via airport, you'll need to use BetterEMS for this.

Go your main GTA V directory / Plugins / LSPDFR / EMS MOD.  Now you will see EMSUnits.

 

Once the XML is opened, look for

 

<VehicleSet>

    <Vehicles>

         <Vehicle prep="a" name="firetruck" audio="VEHICLE_FIRETRUCK">firetruk</Vehicle>

 

You can either change firetruk to your standalone, or copy that line, and paste the new line directly underneath.  Replace "firetruk" with your standalone.  Now one or the other will respond.  You can also do this for the responding paramedic and ambulance.

 

If you'd like an example:

 

<Vehicle prep="a" name="firetruck" audio="VEHICLE_FIRETRUCK">firetruk</Vehicle>

<Vehicle prep="a" name="firetruck" audio="VEHICLE_FIRETRUCK">resgoe</Vehicle>  

 

(resgoe is the name of my standalone rescue unit)
