This is as simple as it's written: It's not an error, just press 1 (Not the numpad one, the other) to enable the button. It will then reload once all buttons are added.

If the message shows up multiple times, it's because there are a lot of buttons to enable on first use, just keep pressing 1 till it closes and reloads the game

Hello, my friend, I thank you very much for your attention, but the following one only appears (1 X) once and hangs
 and you can not type 1 or 2 or leave the screen I simply have to close the game because it hangs inside the police station, ,
 But the character does not leave the delgacy, and sometimes when I install some files
 aparace only option 1 then the game works but the message does not leave the screen at all throughout the game.
