Can't aim taser

I can't aim my taser when I do my character is stuck in a glitched idle holding position I can still fire the taser though

This isn't very helpful. Screenshot and a better description of whats happening, what you recently installed, etc.

I may have accidentally fked something up in my game folder. I will upload a video.

Some guns, including the taser can't be aimed/selected, and Michael's voice is completely different lol 

And yes I AM on duty

Oh God, please help. I know that I DID, accidentally drag some folder in my game folder into another folder, but I did not immediately recognize which folder, as I was fooling around.

Verify your game cache first. In all honesty, I don't know a fix to this.
